The voice demo

The Sofia agent is a demonstration. It does not make real bookings and does not give medical, legal, or other professional advice. Do not enter real personal data or patient data during the demo. The call is recorded for demonstration purposes (see the Privacy Policy).

AI disclaimer

The demo is powered by third-party AI (Retell, OpenAI, ElevenLabs). Its responses are generated, probabilistic, and may be wrong, incomplete, or misheard. Do not rely on anything the demo says; verify independently. Third-party providers' own terms also apply to your use.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the demo: no unlawful, abusive, or deceptive use, and no attempts to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.

Intellectual property

The site's content, brand, and materials belong to LKJ Building Star SRL.

Limitation of liability

The site and demo are provided "as is", without warranties. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of the site or the demo. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not fully apply to you.

Romanian law. Disputes are settled by the competent courts in Romania.
