What we process

• Voice demo (Sofia): when you start the demo call, we record the audio conversation, its transcript, and your voice.
• Booking a call: if you book a meeting, your data (name, email, optionally phone) is processed via Cal.com.
• Technical data: IP address and server logs, generated automatically when you visit the site (via Vercel).

Purposes and legal basis

• Voice demo: based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by starting the call. You can withdraw it at any time.
• Bookings and replies to enquiries: pre-contractual steps / consent.
• Commercial outreach to clinics: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

AI services and your data

The demo agent uses third-party AI services: Retell AI (call platform), OpenAI GPT-4.1 (conversation), and ElevenLabs (voice).

• We do not use your recordings or transcripts to train AI models. These providers act as our processors, on our instructions, only to deliver the demo.
• The agent's responses are generated by AI, are probabilistic, and may be inaccurate or incomplete. The demo is for demonstration only and is not professional or medical advice.

Who we share data with (processors)

Retell AI, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Vercel, Google Workspace, Cal.com, Porkbun. They process data only to provide our services.

International transfer

Some providers (Retell, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Vercel) are in the USA. Transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

How long we keep data

• Demo call recordings and transcripts: automatically deleted after 30 days.
• Booking data: for the duration of the relationship and as legally required.
• Technical logs: a limited period, per the provider.

Children

This site and demo are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data; if you believe a child has used the demo, contact us and we will delete the recording.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability. Exercise them at antonio@lkjflow.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).

Security and changes

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures. We may update this policy; the last-updated date appears below.
